• Online Result Processing System – RU is implementing fully online result processing system with transcript, certificate and various associated billing. The system is currently on its last phase of development with expected completion by June 2024.
• Smart Application for Teachers and Students – The university has taken steps to develop a smartphone application for easier management and fast notification. The app will facilitate teacher portal, student attendance, student portal for admission and exam, etc.
• Residencial Student Management System – Currently a system for managing the residential halls and the students under them was proposed and has been approved. It will streamline the current hall management procedures and improve transparency as well as efficiency.

Disaster Recovery Center – The University of Rajshahi has data center to support the overall ICT infrastructure of the university. It stores all the data, information and transaction records as well to run the whole information system of RU, whereas, it does not have any backup center such that we can recover the information in case of the damage of data center. Considering the importance of the data and information, it is already planned to setup a disaster recovery center (DRC) at different place. The DRC will keep all the backup of the real data and transaction records.
