Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management, University of Rajshahi organized a cleaning campaign at university premises on 13 February, 2020. The main objective of the campaign was to raise awareness among the students on cleanliness and involvement in community service programs. As the part of campaign the students, teachers, non-academic staffs made a human chain and took oath to clean at least their own premises regularly. A discussion session was also organized by the department. The Chairman of the department Professor Dr. Md. Enayet Hossain presided the meeting where Mr. G.M. Kibria, Chief Coordinator of Clean Green Bangladesh was present as the keynote speaker. After the discussion, the students, teachers and other volunteers cleaned different premises of Rajshahi University. The cleaning campaign was successfully completed with the cooperation of Clean Green Bangladesh and Garib Foundation.
