MoU between the University of Rajshahi and Sister Nivedita University
To promote the academic and research collaborations, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the University of Rajshahi (RU) and Sister Nivedita University (SNU, India) on the 13th of June 2022 at the Vice-Chancellor’s office of RU. Honorable Vice-Chancellors, Prof Dr Golam Shabbir Sattar, RU and Prof Dr Dhurbajyoti Chattopadhyay, SNU were the signatories. Among those present were Prof Dr Choudhury M Zakaria (Pro VC, RU and Director, Office of the International Affairs [OIA], RU), Professor Md. Sultan-Ul-Islam (Pro VC, RU), Prof (Retd.) Md. Abaydur Rahman Pramanik (Treasurer, RU), Prof Abdus Salam (Registrar, RU), Professor Dr Pradip Kumar Panday (Admin, PRO, RU) advisory committee members of the OIA, Dr Shams Galib (Assistant Director, OIA), Dr Monira Jannatul Kobra and Mr Md Imran Hossain (Assistant Directors, Career Counseling and Development Centre), Mr Shib Subhra Dutta Gupta (Director, Techno India Group) and Tapasree Gupta (Deputy Editor, Aajkaal).
This MoU enables both universities to participate in student and teacher exchange programmes and collaborative research, project and patent collaboration.
