Department of Pharmacy in University of Rajshahi is the largest institution to study Pharmaceutical Sciences in Northern Bangladesh. The Department was established in 1990 and has started its academic activities in second science building under the Faculty of Science in 1991. Now, it is located in 4th Science Building of RU campus.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Department places a strong emphasis on providing real-world training and professional development. We have 33 teaching staffs and about 270 students in undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Our dedicated faculty and responsive staff who want to help students discover their personal career path. Most of the academic staffs have got Ph.D. degree and postdoctoral research experience in various disciplines of Pharmaceutical Sciences from developed countries like UK, USA, Japan and Australia. The Department generates and disseminates knowledge to assure the safe, effective, and -efficient use of medications. The department has successfully created a number of qualified pharmacists, researchers and scholars over a period of its 25 years.<\/p>\n

Our mission is to be the center of excellence in pharmacy education and research by creating knowledge and providing education that will help create the leaders of tomorrow\u2019s world \u2013 men and women who will not just be successful in their individual capacities but who will in turn, contribute to and nurture the world they live in.<\/p>\n

Our vision is to be a leader in pharmaceutical education, research and practice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
