The Department of Music, Rajshahi University has arranged an ‘International Seminar and Conference on Music’, starting from 16th march 2016 and will continue for three days, till 18th March 2016. The subject of the seminar is “Comparative study between mood of Raga in Indian Classical Music and Western Music”. We are glad to inform you that musicians from country and abroad (Professor Richard Wolf, Harvard University, Professor Amiyaranjan Banerjee, Kolkata, Professor Ritwik Sanyal, Banaras Hindu University, Professor Kaberi Kar, Visva Bharati University) are participating in this program.
