    Activities: In this lab, students get hand-on experience on different topics of wireless communication. Primarily based on computer simulation, \u00c2\u00a0students undertake comparative performance analysis of different digital modulation techniques under different wireless channels with differnt errror correction\/detection techniques. Multiple access schemes like CDMA and\/or TDMA are also investigated. Apart from simulation, experiments are done on CDMA Mobile Communcaition Trainer kit that give the students an insight on the practical implementaion issues.<\/p>\n

    Optical Fiber Communication Lab<\/h3>\n

    Program: B.Sc. Engg. (3rd Year Even Semester)<\/p>\n

    Equipments : Fiber Optic Communication Trainer (Link-A)<\/p>\n

    In Optical Fiber Communication Laboratory students have experiences on different experiments regarding characteristics of optical fiber as well as optical fiber communication.<\/p>\n

    In this laboratory following experiments have been conducted:<\/p>\n

    2. Study of losses in optical fiber<\/li>\n
    3. Measurement of Numerical Aperture of optical fiber<\/li>\n
    4. Study of Frequency Modulation and De-modulation using fiber optic link.<\/li>\n
    5. Setting up Fiber optic Digital Link<\/li>\n
    6. Study of Pulse width Modulation and De-modulation<\/li>\n
    7. Study of Pulse Position Modulation and De-modulation<\/li>\n
    8. Study of PC to PC Communication using Fiber Optic Digital link.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Database Programming Lab<\/h3>\n
