Welcome you to the web interface of the Centre for Social Innovation and Sustainability (CSIS) at the University of Rajshahi, a beacon of interdisciplinary research and a testament to the visionary five-decade master plan of our esteemed university.<\/span><\/p>\n

CSIS stands as a research hub where students, scholars and working journalists come together in collaboration to achieve a common goal, the sustainable development goals. We take pride in being a center of excellence, where theoretical knowledge finds practical application, and learning extends beyond the classroom.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our focus areas fringe critical societal issues but not limited to child marriage, contemporary journalism, health concerns, and the empowerment of underrepresented communities in Bangladesh. At CSIS, outstanding educators from diverse field unite to foster sustainable development through innovation, creating an environment that nurtures critical thinking and transformative learning experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are dedicated to capacitating young minds, preparing them to confront the urgent challenges of our global landscape. Our aim is to mold future leaders who not only excel in their knowledge but also challenge the world with a profound understanding of societal issues.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2021, we have proudly collaborated with UNICEF and various national and international development institutions, engaging in consultancy, research, and support initiatives. As the Director of CSIS, I invite each one of you to be an integral part of our vibrant community. Let us embark on a journey of discovery, learning, and innovation as we work together towards a sustainable and equitable future. <\/span><\/p>\n
