Governance at department level encompasses the departmental structure, legislative framework and processes through which policies and programs are developed, managed and executed.<\/p>\n

All the\u00a0<\/span>academic programs<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>offered by the APEE are conducted as per the rules and regulations of the RU (Rajshahi University Calendar) and Academic Ordinance of the Faculty of Engineering. The statutory positions and bodies are responsible to manage all these programs. The formation and the responsibilities of the different bodies and the Chairman of the department are as follows:<\/p>\n

  • Decision making concerning the programs and other relevant issues<\/li>\n
  • Course curriculum design<\/li>\n
  • Deal with examination<\/li>\n
  • Teaching<\/li>\n
  • Deal with co- and extra-curricular activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Planning Committee<\/b><\/h4>\n

    Formation: One-third of the senior faculty members<\/p>\n

    Responsibility:<\/p>\n

    • Planning for development<\/li>\n
    • Fund management for development<\/li>\n
