Dr. Shafiul primary research interests the issue of ageing problems and Family Studies. Recent his work on the topic explore the causes of social exclusion and deprivation in Bangladesh. His current work focuses on Sexual Behavioral Pattern in Bangladesh. Dr. Shafiul also examines the family system, health and the poverty in Bangladesh.
