The Department of Physics started functioning in 1958 and has completed 50 golden years. On this occasion, the department is going to celebrate its Golden Jubilee on October 16 and 17, 2008 to showcase and commemorate the glorious history of 50 year. The events will include a rally, scientific seminar, exhibition, sessions for Smriti Charon (reminiscence), cultural function etc. This will also be a reunion of past and present students and staff of the department.

In this connection, all are invited to register by the revised deadline of September 25, 2008. The registration form is available below.
