Biography: He was born in district of Pabna at 01/02/1965. He passed the S.S.C at 1978 and H.S.C at 1982 with a great achievement. He passed B.A(Hon's) in Islamic Studies at 1986 and M.A. in same subject at 1987 from Rajshahi University. He stood first in the first class in both B.A. (Hon's) and M.A. final. In 2001 he obtained Ph.D. degree in the field of Hadith. He joined in Islamic Studies Depertment of Rajshahi University at 19/03/1994 as a Lecturer. He was as an Assistant Professor from 19/03/1997 to 13/01/2003 and as an Associate Professor from 14/01/2003 to 13/01/2006. He was elevated as Professor at 14/01/2006. He is working as a professor and chairman of the depertment still now. His above 25 articles had published in various research journal in country and abroad.
