Administration
The Institute of Biological Sciences, University of Rajshahi is administered by a Board of Governors with the Vice-Chancellor of the University as its Chairman. The Institute is headed by a Director appointed by the Vice-Chancellor for a period of three years from amongst the teachers of the Institute not below the rank of a Professor by rotation in order of seniority. The research and academic activities are reviewed and recommended by a Academic Committee and Board of Studies.
Professor Dr. M. Khalequzzaman is the present Director of the Institute.
